Sunwest receives Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) Status

Sunwest Electric Inc. recently received Accredited Quality Contractor status. In fact we are one of only seven electrical contractors in the state of California to achieve this accreditation.

The Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) program was launched by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in 1993 to provide an accreditation program that publicly recognizes and honors construction firms which have documented their commitment to four key areas of corporate responsibility: Safety, Employee Benefits, Training and Community Relations.

Every year a select number of ABC members that meet the exacting standards that allow them to be named Accredited Quality Contractors. AQC companies must be certified annually to retain their status, by demonstrating the highest commitment to the aforementioned key areas of corporate responsibility.

AQC designated contractors are given wide recognition within the industry, the business community and the public.

On obtaining this accreditation, Brien Pariseau, President of Sunwest Electric Inc. stated" it has been a goal for our company to be accepted as an AQC. It demonstrates that we have reached a level that will also qualify us to do business with a broader base of customers. We are proud that we have progressed as a company to meet a very rigid and stringent set of requirements set forth by the AQC process.

This accreditation shows that we are committed to Safety, Employee Benefits, Training and our Community.
